Use the dealer manager or sales representative account provided by your administrator.
Sign in with your existing B&N account. This checks authentication, your profile, and whether you can read jobs. The New Job form can save test records to Supabase. The warehouse board displays live Supabase jobs. Scheduling and Crew / Live Reports are live. Local Report Demo is browser-only.
Use only the Project URL and publishable/anon key here. Never enter a service_role key, secret key, or database password. Passwords are sent to Supabase Authentication and are not saved by this prototype. This test requires an internet connection and a browser that permits external scripts.
Authorize bonickllc@gmail.com to identify the dedicated B&N Installations calendar. This connects to the B&N calendar and allows explicitly confirmed creation and rescheduling of TEST appointments from the Scheduling tab. It does not delete events. Use the approved https://app.bnindustriesaz.com origin, or http://localhost:8000 for local testing.
Google sign-in is separate from Supabase. Use only the B&N Google account. This browser test keeps the Google access token in memory only and does not save it to local storage or Supabase. Only explicitly confirmed test scheduling changes Google Calendar. No automatic background sync or deletions are enabled.

Dates and times use Arizona time (America/Phoenix). Test visits are saved in Supabase and synchronized to the B&N Installations Google Calendar. Calendar entries include job contact, address, products, crew and notes. Connect Google first. Use fictional customer information only.
Select one or more active installers. Saving assignments also updates the installer names in the existing B&N Google Calendar event. It does not invite installers or add events to their personal calendars.
This report has no company branding. Choose a job to begin a visit report.

One photo may show multiple windows. Photograph each completed area and any issues.

Reports are saved locally in this browser. Email sending and cloud uploads are not active.
Use fictional information during testing. Only active installers assigned to a visit can submit. One permanent report is allowed per visit. Administrators may review reports.
